A molar tooth from the Middle Pleistocene bear Ursus Deningeri. The Westbury cave system was first discovered in 1969 through quarrying, from records of the teeth found it is theorised that different sections of the cave had different uses, from a place where females reared young, to a denning area made by males. A classic location which is now a designated SSSI.
