Hybodus Pyramidalis (Shark) Tooth - Lyme Regis, Dorset

Preserved on a small piece of limestone is this well-preserved uncommon crown of a  Hybodont shark (Hybodus Pyramidalis). 

Location: Monmouth Beach, Lyme Regis, Dorset, England

Age: Lower Jurassic, Lower Lias - 200 million years old
