This stunning plate contains two adult Barasaurus Besairiei reptiles. Barasaurus is an extinct genus of Procolophonoid Parareptile from the Permian of Madagascar. This double exhibits fine detail, including dark patches of skin and gastroliths preserved in place. These gastroliths were consumed during life in order to weigh the reptile down to hunt at greater depths. This specimen would make a focal point for any collection or equally, place very well as a decorative piece for the home or workplace.
